We have a 5 day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the below criteria.
- Orders which are past the return period(5 days from delivery date)
- Items which are believed to have been washed
- Items that do not meet hygiene standards due to foreign stains, sweat, or dirt.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, within Nairobi (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
For deliveries outside of Nairobi, orders will be processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
I have requested several times on Instagram that you look at the images of the earrings I have sent you that were delivered to me and see that I received them with incorrect sized stoppers. Both golden and plastic. All 4 being different sizes.
How do you expect a customer to react when it's a gift that comes in that way? And then not a single response is sent to me being apologetic or acknowledging the issue at hand. It cannot be that difficult to realise that you've made a mistake on your end by sending a customer the wrong sized stoppers for a pair of earrings apparently worth almost 2k and expect the customer to move on with the earrings and turn into a recurring customer.
I'm terribly disappointed with this service and would have appreciated a decent response from your end. But none of which was given. Unsure of why you claim to have good reviews all over and so many places you ship to.. But when it comes to my order, you decide not to care for a complaint, let alone even understand what you've done wrong.
It's absolutely ridiculous that not a single person has responded to my complaint or has cared to try do anything about it.
Thanks for the shitty service and major let down.
